Zarine enables lasting and effective change in individuals and organisations through coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation.

Given her background in international not-for-profit sector work, she has a particular interest in developing capacity within this sector. Increasingly, corporates are looking to work with voluntary sector organisations, and vice versa – Zarine creatively interfaces between the two, helping build mutually beneficial relationships and facilitating learning from each other’s different cultural styles. She matches skills and needs, working on individual projects or a wider remit.

The voluntary sector has to increasingly be competitive and more self-reliant in today’s changing political climate. Partnership work (between corporate-public -voluntary sector) is increasing, and often a skilled outsider can aid the process, building resourceful teams that can continue working together at a local level to best serve their communities.
